🏁 Phase 1: Choose Your Challenge & Submit PPT

• Pick a problem statement from the official themes.
• Submit a 4-slide PPT with:
  1️⃣ Problem Understanding & Approach
  2️⃣ Your Killer Solution
  3️⃣ Tech Stack & Feasibility
  4️⃣ Expected Impact & Future Scope

🎯 Phase 2: The Big Shortlist

• We’ll review your PPT and pick the best teams to compete.

💻 Phase 3: The Ultimate 24-Hour Hackathon

• Shortlisted teams will code their brains out for 24 hours.
• All development starts from ZERO at the venue—NO PRE-CODED STUFF! 🚫💀
• Submit your working prototype + documentation before the timer runs out.

🏆 Phase 4: Judging & Finals

• Round 1: Prototype review & feedback 🔍
• Final Round: Top teams pitch to expert judges 🎤

👥 Team Formation

• 2-4 members per team (No solo warriors, teamwork makes the dream work!).

🛠 Project Development

• No pre-built projects! Everything must be coded LIVE at the venue.
• Open-source AI, APIs, & tools are allowed (but give proper credit!).

🤖 AI & Tech Usage

• AI models & APIs? YES!
• Just make sure to document them in your submission.

🎤 Final Submission & Demo

• Submit a working prototype & a killer presentation/demo.
• Judges will look for innovation, execution, feasibility, and impact.

• Play fair, be ethical, and stay professional.
